444 (No name)
nginx closes the connection without sending anything. Set in its configuration to drop unwanted requests.
What to do
nginx was told to drop the request with return 444, and sent nothing back. The client only sees the connection close. Look for the rule that matched in the nginx configuration.
- Class
- 4xx Client Error. The request has a fault, or cannot be met as sent.
- Registered
- No. nginx sends it, and it is not in the IANA registry, so other servers may mean something else by it.
